Cancellation

-To cancel an order, you must contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. mtnandpine@gmail.com

Returns/Refunds

- In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact me within 7 days of your delivery. The item must be unused and in new condition with tags still attached and shipping must be paid by the customer. 

- Custom ordered items are custom and can not be returned for a refund. Unless there is a defect with the custom order.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- I strive for positive feedback and for the customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please contact me right away, mtnandpine@gmail.com, before leaving negative or neutral feedback of an item, I'm always willing to work out a solution.
